MAFF Industry Days Development Fund
MAFF Development Funding aspires to stimulate co-productions between Sweden and the Arab countries and is available for feature, documentaries, and short films.
- Development Fund for Feature Films:
- SEK 150,000 (equivalent to USD 18,000) presented by the Swedish Film Institute
- Development Fund for Documentary Films:
- SEK 75,000 (equivalent to USD 9,000) presented by the Swedish Film Institute
- Development Fund for Short Films:
- SEK 30,000 (equivalent to USD 3,600) presented by Film i Skåne
- Editing service presented by FilmCentrum Syd equivalent to SEK 30,000 (equivalent to USD 3,600)
- Script and/or production mentorship by FilmCentrum Syd equivalent to SEK 40,000 (equivalent to USD 2,400)
MAFF Industry Days Post-Production Fund
Post Production Platform is established with the intention of supporting and encouraging Arab filmmakers to professionalize the finalization of their film productions and promote it at an international film forum.
- Post-Production Fund for Feature Films:
- Sound mixing service for 15 days equivalent to USD 15,000 presented by Leyth Production
- Color grading award worth of 10,000 USD presented by The Cell Post Production
- Full promotion package worth of 7,000 USD presented by The Cell Post Production
- Distribution award in the Arab world equal to USD 5,000 qualified as a minimum guarantee and marketing package for the promotion of the Film equivalent to USD 10,000. presented by MAD Solutions
- Distribution and branding deal equal to USD 20,000 presented by Creative Media Solutions
- Branding deal for a film project equal to USD 10,000 presented by Creative Media Solutions
- Distribution award in Sweden equal to USD 3,000 qualified as a minimum guarantee by Arab Cinema in Sweden
