This screening presents a selection of seven short films directed by women from Gaza, taken from the anthology From Ground Zero. Through personal, poetic, and visually powerful works, the filmmakers reflect on life, identity, and resilience within the reality of Gaza. Together, these stories offer an intimate portrayal of women’s perspectives and creative voices under extraordinary circumstances.

Seminar: How to Convey the Voice of the Palestinian Woman

After the screening, a discussion will take place focusing on how cinema can convey and amplify the voice of the Palestinian woman. The seminar explores the role of film as a space for representation, storytelling, and resistance, shedding light on women’s experiences and narratives from Palestine.
