ARABIAN NIGHTS

Arabian Nights is MAFF’s autumn screening programme in Malmö, designed to keep the festival spirit alive beyond the annual edition and offer audiences new opportunities to experience exceptional Arab cinema throughout the season. The programme presents a carefully curated selection of remarkable contemporary Arab films, giving Malmö audiences the chance to discover powerful stories and diverse cinematic voices outside the festival period.

More than a film screening, each Arabian Nights event is a cultural gathering where audiences come together to share conversations, connect through cinema, and experience the richness of Arab culture. Every evening is complemented by Arabic finger food and live music, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere that celebrates film, community, and cultural exchange.
